Happy International Women's Day 2022

#BreakTheBias is the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day 2022.

“Imagine a gender-equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias. Celebrate women's achievements. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.” - IWD Website

Across almost 100 episodes, our podcast guests have come from different cultures and countries, they have - or have had - mental health issues, they’re cancer survivors, are differently-abled, have lost loved ones or have a different sexual orientation to our own.

We celebrate all of you and we’ll continue to challenge ourselves to #BreakTheBias by first realising we all have biases and then doing something positive about it! We’d like to take this time to celebrate and thank ALL of our female guests for sharing their experiences and ideas in the past 12 months on the Building Better Cultures Podcast.
